Something has changed with Eastern and not for the better. The service and food have increasingly gone downhill. Why is it so difficult to find a good and consistent restaurant in Northeast Louisiana?

Without a doubt the crappiest communication I've ever received on an order. Order an hour ahead to pick up at 8, show up at 7:45. Eleven orders came out before mine, and mine was THREE ITEMS. THREE. Finally got to leave after waiting nearly an hour.
